Social work has never been just a career for me — it’s been a calling rooted in community, culture, and care.
As a first-generation Latina and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I understand what it means to carry responsibility, ambition, and expectation all at once. My work has grown from providing bilingual therapy to youth and families in Los Angeles to leading prevention and leadership initiatives and mentoring social workers navigating their own growth.
Across every role, one belief has remained constant: healing and leadership are connected. When we strengthen ourselves, we strengthen the communities we serve.
Whether in a therapy session, a coaching conversation, or a training room, I show up grounded, collaborative, and committed to helping others evolve in ways that are sustainable and aligned with who they are becoming.
